They do
this by employing the people in the 95% category to work for them; becoming
franchisors making money off the franchisees (self employed) that they sell a
franchise to; writing a successful book and earning ongoing royalties; owning
many properties that bring in rental each month: etc., and now the fastest
growing methodology in the world - MLM or Multi-Level-Marketing, also known as
Network Marketing, which has
created more equity millionaires since 1985 than any other industry in the
world. Most of this new generation of equity millionaires are just ordinary
people like you and I - very different to the owners and directors of large
corporations prior to the current era of MLM (made possible to the ordinary
person through the proliferation of the PC).
We all
have our choices in life - some will succeed and some won't.
It is all to do
with attitude and determination to make the right choices at the right time with
the right company with the right products in order to produce the freedom brought about by financial
independence.
I have not
met anyone who can honestly say that they would not like a secure, regular
and uninterruptible income stream coming their way every month, especially if
they get ill and cannot work, go away on leave for a few months, work with a
charity for no income in that time, give money generously to needy people, or
become disabled (God forbid) in any way.
The sad
thing I find is that, although such people would love to have this sort of
income, only a relatively few are prepared to even look at how to achieve it,
never mind that it only requires about one fifth of the energy needed as
compared to the energy they currently apply to maintain a job - whether
employed or self employed - and which will, in all probability, never make them
financially independent.
I believe
that an essential part of Life Skills Training should be to help people
escape the drudgery of working for money to just keep their heads above water
with the run of the mill necessities such as rent, groceries, running a car,
paying off bonds and car loans, school fees, insurance etc. etc? Most people end
up with more month than they have got money and that does nothing for ones self
esteem.
Having
enough money to be able to give it away freely is a big step towards freedom of
spirit - that is my goal. It is this freedom to give, not the money of itself,
which gives hope and inspiration. Without that sort of income a person is
invariably just trapped in trying to survive every month. My aim is to free
people from that trap.
